Stage 1 – Let Zinnia Find You

Stage 2 – Let Zinnia Find You
Even after your second encounter, you still don’t know when you’ll see Zinnia again. You’ll just have to be surprised.
Stage 3 – Meet Zinnia at the Harbor
Zinnia wants to meet you. Travel to Akarana City and enter the eastern part of town. You’ll meet Zinnia at the harbor and battle her.
Stage 4 – Let Zinnia Find You
After receiving your starter’s Mega Stone, Zinnia disappears once more. You’ll meet her again later in the House of Dragons on Route 24 on the South Island.
Stage 5 – Dragon Gym Leader
To rise in rank within the House of Dragons, you must complete several tasks. First, defeat the Dragon-type Gym Leader of Tarakona City.
Stage 6 – Talk to Zinnia
Speak with Zinnia in the House of Dragons to receive your next task.
Stage 7 – Catch 10 Dragon-Type Pokémon
Catch 10 Dragon-type Pokémon (evolutions count too) to unlock access to the 2F, where Zinnia awaits.
Stage 8 – Win the League Tournament
Continue the “Aoroa Challenge” quest and win the League Tournament. Then talk to Zinnia.
Stage 9 – Follow Zinnia to Tarakona City
After your conversation in the House of Dragons, Zinnia asks you to follow her to the Rayquaza statue in Tarakona City. You’ll find it in the eastern part of town. Zinnia will challenge you to a battle there.
Stage 10 – Catch Rayquaza
This is your chance! Catch the Dragon Pokémon Rayquaza!
Stage 11 – Talk to Zinnia
Speak with Zinnia in the House of Dragons after catching Rayquaza.
Stage 12 – Battle Lance
To progress in the quest, you must defeat Lance in the Champ Cup. You’ll need to make progress in the “The Hero’s Legacy” quest to unlock this.
Stage 13 – Talk to Zinnia
Speak with Zinnia in the House of Dragons to continue the quest.
Stage 14 – Battle for the Title of Manu Taupua
Battle Zinnia for the title of “Manu Taupua.” To claim victory, you must defeat her using a pure Dragon-type team.
Stage 15 – Meet Zinnia in the Library
To learn more about the legend of Tarakona City, speak with Zinnia on the 1F of the House of Dragons.
Stage 16 – Catch and Report
Investigate the two “Ears” in the water south of Tarakona City. The Pokémon you’re looking for are invisible and appear when you click on the “Ears.” Afterward, talk to Zinnia again to complete the quest. You can then battle her once per day on the 2F.
