Baked Buffalo Cauliflower

Baked Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings”

1 head cauliflower, cut into large florets

1 cup water

1 cup rice flour

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp smoke paprika (or pimenton)

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 cup franks red hot sauce

1 T blended oil

Mix water, flour, and seasonings. Allow to sit so the batter thickens. Toss cauliflower in batter and allow to sit on a cooling rack so excess batter drips off.

Put battered cauliflower on a baking sheet (lined with either silpat or tinfoil with pam or oil)

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

Mix hot sauce and oil.

After first bake, toss or drizzle with hot sauce and oil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Blue Cheese Sauce

½ cup blue cheese

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup cream (adjust as needed for creamy consistency)

salt and pepper

Vegan Ranch Sauce

1 cup vegan mayonnaise

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 T apple cider vinegar

black pepper to taste

chopped parsley
