Teachers who participated in training courses or job shadowing mobilities abroad presented their experiences during staff meetings, where all colleagues were informed about the themes, methods, and tools they had encountered. Materials such as online guides and practical resources were shared with all staff, encouraging integration into everyday teaching.
Further dissemination took place during subject-specific section meetings, where teachers shared their insights more directly with colleagues of the same discipline. These meetings offered an opportunity to discuss how new strategies and tools could be adapted to meet specific subject needs.
On Teacher Training Day in February 2025, one of the thematic sessions focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, delivered by a teacher who had attended an Erasmus+ course on AI. In parallel, another colleague conducted a 90-minute workshop at the Pancyprium Gymnasium, aimed specifically at the school's foreign language teachers. The workshop covered AI tools, digital resources, and games for language teaching, based on knowledge gained during a mobility abroad.
In June 2025, during a job shadowing activity hosted at our school, a workshop on creating Listening Tasks was offered to colleagues teaching foreign languages, further enriching staff expertise and supporting innovation in language instruction.
Students also took part in dissemination activities. Those involved in Erasmus+ mobilities prepared and delivered presentations to their peers, sharing insights, cultural experiences, and lessons learned abroad. Following the Berlin mobility in February 2025, a student-led debating session was organised, in which participants coordinated the event and guided their classmates through a debate on topics explored during the mobility, reinforcing both engagement and peer learning.
