Twelve students from Paralimni Lyceum embarked on an enriching Erasmus+ exchange program to Szazhalombatta, Hungary, from April 21st to 26th. The program focused on cultural exchange, environmental awareness, healthy living, and technology, fostering collaboration and understanding between Cypriot and Hungarian students.
During their stay, the students engaged in a variety of activities, including presentations on environmental practices, traditional Cypriot cuisine, and cultural heritage. They also participated in a tree-planting ceremony, sports matches, and explored the local area and Budapest, utilizing technology for navigation and sustainable transportation.
The exchange program provided a platform for students to share their own culture while learning about Hungarian traditions and customs. Highlights included:
