Personality Disorders are characterized by an individual not being flexible. This leading to the inability to modify a behavior so it fits the situation. These personality traits cause significant distress and impact the individual's occupational performance. These personality disorders include Cluster A: distorted thinking, and social withdrawal, Cluster B: dramatic, emotional or erratic thinking, and Cluster C: avoidant, dependent and obsessive behaviors. Mood disorders include depression and bipolar disorder. The three types of Depression disorders include depressive episodes, mani episodes, and hypomanic episodes. Bipolar disorders include Bipolar-I, Bipolar-II, and Cyclothymic Disorder (Morin, 2023).
