Identifies sensory processing patterns and comprehends the impact of different sensory processing patterns on functional performance. These senses include taste, sight, hearing, touch, smell, vestibular, and proprioception. The patterns include attention to tasks, self-awareness, adaption to stimuli, sensory discrimination, postural-ocular skills, and social-emotional functioning.

There are no subtests but different ages require different versions.
User Qualifications
Those administering this assessment must obtain a master's degree in psychology, education, speech language pathology, occupational therapy, social work, counseling, or in a field closely related. No training is required.

For each statement, the client rates from 1 (Almost Never) to 5 (Almost Always). Scores are tallied into 4 quadrants, exposing if the client is low registration, sensation seeking, sensory sensitive, and or sensory avoiding
