Paper Pads, 25 Examiner Record Booklets, 25 Supplemental Subtest Booklets, Scoring Transparency, Peabody Motor Development Chart, 25 Peabody Motor Development Parent Charts, and access to the Online Scoring and Report System, all in a storage box.
Scoring Procedure (how is assessment scored and what does score indicate)
the assessment has an examiner manual that tracks a raw score that will be translated to the norms. Scores are identified that include the age at which 75% of the children in the normative sampling mastered the specific item. It also measures the position the child is in when administered, the materials being used, how an item was presented, and the description of how the child is performing.
Psychometrics/Standardization (norms, reliability/validity studies)
high levels of test-retest reliability and interrater reliability
good criterion validity
Strengths & Weaknesses of Assessment
strengths
helps to identify a child's gross and fine motor development
test
weaknesses
many materials needed
it takes a long time to administer
expensive
