A Martha Ellen Scurrah with husband Frank appears in the 1891 and 1901 UK census. Both their deaths were registered at North Bierley

They had at least two children, Frank Scurrah 1894 and Annie Scurrah 1895 (correlating Scurrah births in N. Bierley with free Ancestry search of 1901 census). The Frank Scurrah killed in the 1914-18 war on 17 April 1918 near Pernes was not him, his parents were Charles and Charlotte Scurrah, of Skelton.

The only death of a Frank Scurrah for all counties in the UK 1901-1970 is for 1928, which looks convincing as it is for W. Yorks.
