First Outing Nelson Harbour  29.05. 2016

We decided that port Nelson was the most appropriate venue for our first row of the SAS."Black Magic " on loan from Auckland.

The inaugural crew included Bob , Russell , Jocelyn  Peter L , Sue and Denis.  We were mindful of rowing efficiently right from the start to make the boat  move well and as some of our photos showed, we were getting something right with timing and blade placement. Well done team !  An enjoyable first row with everyone really impressed with the boat's capabilities and performance.
