3D Model Building

Important tools and sites to use:

For this school year (Spring 18), we are going to create the following only:

• 1. Design and create the 3D model for a house complete with a backyard, pool, windows, doors, green grass and so on. Please be creative and make sure you keep it to scale.

  2. Design a chess piece: If you like, you may collaborate with a friend to create similarly themed pieces to present as one set.

Sketchup for schools

Instructions on turning in your SketchUp project on your portfolio:

1. Create your 3D model using either SketchUp or TinkerCad or any other 3D tool.

2. Log on to Sketchfab with your Google ID. 

3. After having EXPORTED your 3D model in .kmz  upload it to Sketchfab.
