EXPLORE PT VIDEO DIRECTIONS AND MORE
These videos are for the Explore task and show examples from three of my 16-17 students' work.
NOTE: The three boys whose work is shown as examples on the Explore videos scored a 5 AP®CSP score. Each has given written permission for me to use their work for teaching purposes. However, the 16-17 Explore prompts and rubric were different as disclaimed in the video comments. Do not review their 16-17 submissions as completely relevant/applicable to the 17-18 task prompts and rubric.

Timehop: A couple years ago I traveled to Indiana to talk to teacher
s and met a wonderful and lovely teacher named Marilyn B. Marilyn is a CS teacher who uses CODE.org's CSP curriculum and has worked to infuse the curriculum with things from our site and other places to benefit her students. This fall I was able to see Marilyn in person again, and we have kept in touch in between. She is a passionate teacher who works hard for students and has a heart to share.
Yesterday Marilyn wrote me with a compilation of resources specific to support CODE teachers. Shared below with Marilyn's permission are links to things she has created for vocabulary along with a general few links.

Maybe one day you too will spend time in professional development with my friend Marilyn, but in the meantime, use her resources, and take my word that she is a keeper!
