Create a spreadsheet on Google Drive.
On your spreadsheet, create in column A, a list of your favorite cars.
Freeze the first row.
In column B, try to find out, using the Internet, the approximate price of the cars you selected.
Sort the column of the cars in alphabetical order.
Using a formula, find out what is the total cost of the cars on your list, in case you decide to purchase them.
Find out the average of the cost of all the cars on your list. (If you do not know how you can ask).
Format the first row with colors and fonts that stand out.
Copy the names of the students in class from a current sheet on to a newly created sheet and name the sheet grades
In column B, C, D, E, and F, use headings MATH, SCIENCE, ENGLISH, SOCIAL STUDIES, and SPORTS, respectively.
Grade your classmates. (he he) Use only numbers for grades 75, 100, 60.
Calculate the average for each student.
Calculate the average for each subject in the class
Calculate the GENERAL CLASS AVERGAGE
Using "Conditional Formatting" have the A, B, C, D, and F students' averages stand out by labeling each one with a different color.
Get the names of your classmates into Column A.
Write the number for each student's seat next to his/her name in column B/or use the number for the row as the seat number for remote learning.
In column C, give donuts to each student that is 3 times his/her seat number. (Meaning multiply his/her seat number by 3)
In column D, find out how many calories is each donut, and calculate the number of calories each student will end up eating if he/she consumes all these donuts.
In column E, find out the amount of sugar in grams, that each donut has, and discover the amount of sugar each student will be consuming with these donuts.
Create a graph for calories and sugar. What do you notice?
The creative look is appreciated on this sheet.
Using conditional formatting, do the following:
Select the entire spreadsheet
Move the columns to resize the cells into perfect squares
Using conditional formatting, create a rule for every color of choice.
On the spreadsheet, color each cell by entering the letter/number that corresponds to the color.
Before you start, use one row to label your conditions to use as example. Example, R for red, B for blue and so on.
