The website has to do the following: (Purpose and function)
Accept and collect data from a visitor: Using a Google Form, collect the following: Name, Telephone number, Address, University, Field of expertise, and a .jpeg or .png photo.
The data will be fed to the form's created spreadsheet.
The created program "reads" the data of the applicant and organizes it to be displayed on a webpage.
The actual website. (And related platforms and algorithms: Form, site, spreadsheet, program, sample pages created)
The documentation illustrating and explaining the codes and the various parts.
A video showing the purpose and function and demonstrating the system at work.
Quality and creativity of the system's design and implementation: This criterion assesses the level of ingenuity, innovation, and thoughtfulness put into the design and implementation of the website. We will look for a well-planned, well-executed project with creative and effective solutions to the technical challenges presented. (25%)
Functionality and usability of the system: This criterion assesses how well the website performs its intended functions and how easy it is to use. The evaluation is for how well it functions, how it responds to user inputs, and how user-friendly the system's interface is. (25%)
Robustness and reliability of the system: This criterion assesses the system's ability to perform consistently and accurately under varying conditions. Its ability to handle errors, maintain system stability, and function correctly in different environments. (25%)
Quality of the documentation and video demonstration: This criterion assesses the quality of the report and the video demonstration that accompanies the project. Will evaluate the documentation based on how well it explains the design and implementation of the project, how clear and concise the writing is, and how well it is formatted. Will also assess the video demonstration based on how well it showcases the project's features and functionality and how well it conveys the project's purpose and achievements. (25%)
