SWBAT create a web page using a WYSIWYG
SWBAT create a professional portfolio to present to future employers.
Directions: Create a knowledge base article to explain to users how to maintain and troubleshoot their computer.
Deliverables:
one web page explaining 8-10 steps users should do to maintain their computer (hardware, software, firmware, network, and OS)
one web page with 5 frequently asked questions and responses for users to check before calling IT. Use module 4 for examples on open-ended questions vs. close-ended questions.
