Prizm Diagram

Essential Question: How do I plug sensors, torquenados, and servos into my Prizm?

Mastery Objectives:

• SWBAT setup their tetrix prizm.

• SWBAT identify the ports on the prizm.

• SWBAT troubleshoot their robots.

Directions:  Try to install the following software: https://www.arduino.cc/en/software Choose the appropriate platform and operating system for your electronic device. If you don't know, sign up for the online IDE (program in the cloud). Take a screenshot of the blank prizm diagram below. Using a paint program or google docs, or some program that allows you to edit pictures, label each port for the Tetrix Prizm. Watch the following video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_mZWR_98SGE  and answer the following Questions in a Google doc:

• What programming language are you using?

• What is syntax?

• Where do you go to type your code?

• What is the purpose of "Hello World"? 

• What is does the speaker mean by Arduino? What is an arduino? 

• What does the speaker ask you to do before you program your prizm?

• Write down 3 things you learned from the video.
