Rooftop Garden
Soon after graduation, I fortunately got an opportunity to design the rooftop garden of a newly-built university building.
Soon after graduation, I fortunately got an opportunity to design the rooftop garden of a newly-built university building.
The fundimental idea of this project was to call on students to create this area one by one: not asking professionals to finish the construction in a short time period.
Thus, my design may change as the construction progresses, but it is currently working as a blueprint of the rooftop garden in the university.
Former plan:
I initially expected groups of students to use this place, which was proposed as Plan A. However, I change the plan with a suggestion from the chief director of the university that the university may need more space to chill alone or with a few people. Therefore, I changed the presented Plan B, assuming some students to come in their spare time between classes, or researchers to drop by for refreshment.
