Catastrophic Wildfire Prevention
►Local Firewise USA® Participation
Jim Richardson, Lassen Volcanic National Park Superintendent, and a volunteer six-member board are using resources provided by Firewise USA to prevent catastrophic wildfires in Mineral and Mill Creek. The group has been educating residents about fire prevention and encouraging them to create defensible space around their properties.
