Meaning of Flag Explained: The flag is bicolored. Blue and gold. Blue represents peace and prosperity; whereas gold represents happiness and good luck. The six vertical lines of same length and breadth represent the six different provinces of the nation; viz. Purvanchal, Beltola, Uttaranchal, Madhya Prant, Kamrupa and Basistha (arranged in order of seniority) and the royal coronet (also called the Federal Coronet) in the center representing the Rashtradhyaksh (Federal monarch) as the unifier of the federal provinces and the head of state of the nation. It might also refer to the other territories outside the National Territorial Region.

Meaning of CoA Explained: The Arms of Vishwamitra consists of the following elements. Azure- a dove volant; Argent- holding in his beak an olive branch slipped Vert; representing Vishwamitra's notion of spreading peace & prosperity and Vert- on a chief Vert three fleur-de-lys; in the escutcheon. An Azure doubled Ermine Mantling with the crest being the royal crown proper. Supporting the coat of arms are two doves displayed Argent clawed and beaked standing atop a compartment which is a mound vert semy of red and white roses alternating. In front of the compartment is their national motto "Let the world be happy".
Lastly, around the escutcheon can be found the Most Exalted Royal Family Order of Vishwamitra (the nation's highest decoration; the Collar is worn only by the Head of State and is seen on the national coat of arms).
