Meaning of Flag Explained: The National Flag of the Republic of Luisia consists of a triband or Yellow, white and blue with a tick black stripe in the hoist with a black face depicted on it.

Pale-yellow represents prosperity for the republic, with white standing for peace and blue for the liberation from the United States. 

Green stands for fertility, and the hope for the land. Blow and above the black face, there is the text: "ONLY PROS" and "NO NOOBS", symbolizing the Luisian stance on "Noobs".
