The National Flag of the Empire of Angyalistan

Meaning of Flag Explained: The flag of the Empire of Angyalistan is blue and yellow, based on the azure and gold of the coat of arms that it carries in its center.
Its central motive shows the initials of the sovereigns: an O (Olivier) surrounded by a C (Clotilde) made up of seven hollow stars. The number seven bears its usual symbolism, evocative of perfection and fortune. The whole rests on a gusset construction which evokes on the one hand a communion of destinies, expressed by the triangle located at the hoist, and on the other hand the territory of the empire, the horizon line, extending in a straight line to the fly towards ∞.

Meaning of CoA Explained: Azure and gold, symbolizing the sky and the Sun and the stars, are the imperial colours. The two lions offering each other a rose represent love as the fundament of the Empire ; the partition in the shape of fir branches symbolizes the long life and solidity of the Empire with this fundament. The flying eagle on a rising sun with an orb in his claw show the transnational power of Angyalistan. The Mermaid and the Unicorn are the personal symbols of the Emperor and the Empress and could change when antoher couple reigns over Angyalistan ; their flaglets (Charente for the Mermaid, Eure-et-Loir for the Unicorn) express which horizon they have first observed in their lifes. The cornucopia is for the richness and biodiversity of our planet that have to be preserved. The french Dice game Four-Twenty-one, wich appears near the unicorn, is a symbol of fortune and of the chance which made the Empire exist.
Below there is the national motto or the imperial motto depending on whether it is the national or the imperial coat of arms. The national motto is : Angyalistani Est Imperare Orbi Universo (It is Angyalistan's destiny to rule the whole world) ; the imperial one is Amoris Est Imperare Orbi Universo (Love shall rule the world).
