The National Coat of Arms of the Principality of Hélianthis
Adopted: 1 June 2020
Meaning of CoA Explained: The new coat of arms of Hélianthis was designed in collaboration with imperial services of Angyalistan and adopted by the princely hélianthain Senate on the 16th of December 2019. It came into force on the 1st of June 2020.
The description of the new coat of arms is as follows: A purple princely coat, a large necklace of the order of the crown with the letter "H" that stands out, on the left a troubadour in honour of Prince Jaufré Rudel, famous historical figure of the Blayais, on the right a knight to illustrate the location and the important strategic military role over the centuries of the Blayais. On the coat of arms itself, the yellow and red colours are the colours of the Lords of Blaye, at the bottom the grape cluster to recall the exceptional wine heritage of the territory, above the castle to recall the architectural heritage of the territory and finally the wave in the centre to illustrate the Estuary of the Gironde, cradle and real lung of the life of the Blayais.
All these elements have been worked on in order to give graphic coherence to the values and projects carried by the Principality.
