To access private pages on this site, private Google Drive docs, and private communications/chat that are visible only to current Climb Leaders and Leaders in Development, you must have a Google account. You don't need a gmail account for this. If you have a Gmail email address, or another Google Domain email account, then you already have a Google Account. If not...
Step 1:
Create a Google Account, without changing your email address.
Step 2:
Sign into your Google Account/gmail, with your browser. Then visit https://groups.google.com/a/mazamas.org/forum/#!forum/climbleaders and request to join the climb leader group.

If you don't have a Google Account, you can still have limited access to this website and Climb Leader Google Group communications. Request to be added to the group by sending an email to climbing@mazamas.org.
Your Google Group functionality is then limited:
Receive posts via email
Post (moderated) to group via email
Sorry, no access to protected content this way.
NOTE: You may already be an email-only member of the Climb Leaders Google Group, but can't access the protect content. If this is the case, to gain full access: Click the "Leave group" icon here to remove yourself from the Climb Leaders Google Group (you may have to login first). Then follow the above instructions. Essentially, you leave the group, and rejoin again with a full Google Account configured.
