Borscht is a well known staple in Russia, Ukraine and parts of Eastern Europe, utilizing mainly beets, cabbage and ginger. It's high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and is said to be one of the most rejuvenating soups out there, meant to bolster your energy & fortitude. Mors is a Russian drink made mainly from cranberries, currants, raspberries and/or blueberries with sugar to taste. This simple and healthy drink, made mostly with berries is high in antioxidants, fiber and other nutrients, and making it at home means that you can control the amount of sugar you add as an alternative to store bought juices and sugary drinks.

Kompot is traditionally made with whatever fruit you're growing in your garden, or with any leftover fruit you have laying around. Similar to mors, it's mainly made of fruit, water and sugar, and is a great way to preserve any fruit that is going uneaten while being a healthy drink alternative to store-bought alternatives, being packed with natural ingredients, antioxidants, fiber, and more.
