UPDATE HUD
The current version is 3.71. If you are wearing older versions the update system will automatically send you the latest version. Here is a short list of Frequently Asked Questions, with the answers to it:
What changed?
I want to be abundantly clear that the last two updates are mainly done to work around errors that are not caused by Mama Allpa. If you are technically interested i will explain the cause at the bottom of this page.

Where is my update? I do not have it yet!
The updater will send it to you on log in or when you attach the HUD. However, it is SL, sometimes you may just receive the notice and not the item. That is no big deal, here you will see how you can fix that:
I do not get any update at all ever!
Make sure you have not blocked Tantrica Banana. This is by far the most common reason for failed deliveries. Search her name in the SL search and open her profile. You will see at the bottom of the profile buttons for blocking and unblocking.
I still do not get any update!
The updater only accepts requests in intervals of 15 minutes. So, frantically attaching and detaching will not speed up the process. Wait, 15 minutes, then try again.
It still does not work!
You can also teleport to the Mama Allpa Region (Link is in your HUD, under "Help" and then "Doctor Appointment") and hit "Redelivery".
Redelivery says i have not purchased the product!
To the left of the Casper-Redelivery is an alternative panel for a different way of redelivery. Try that.
That alternative panel does not work either!

you must swap from your older HUD to 3.71 - otherwise the updater will keep sending you updates.

Why do you update now? Is my pregnancy safe?
Your data are safe. technically the HUD is only a display for data that are stored on a server. When the HUD is updated it is nothing more than a new surface.
What is this http error that made Mama Allpa update the HUDs?
Your viewer (the client) may notice an increase in "HTTP 499" connection errors. This means that the data transfer attempt is prematurely closed by the client before the server can respond. The error rate is very small but noticeable. This issue affects not only Mama Allpa but any HTTP-based script you are using in Second Life. This could impact your vendor, home security system, or parcel radio—really, anything.
Additionally, it is unclear whether this issue originates from Linden Lab (LL). The path from your viewer to your provider's server (in this case, Mama Allpa) involves many intermediary steps, and the problem could very well be a significant disruption somewhere along that path. The error is hard to pinpoint and difficult to resolve. Therefore, I ask for your patience with all service providers.
