What does it do?

When two people mate, male and female HUD, the chance to conceive in V3 is determined by many factors. For example how close is the female to ovulation, how is the spermcount of the male and many other factors. This can lead to many encounters without falling pregnant. Hyperfertility is the "guaranteed" factor. Applied to male or female, it boosts the chance to be pregnant after intercourse by 100%. 

You can simply switch it on or off at your discretion at Assistant - Add ons - Hyperfertile. Even during the mating.

How big are your chances to conceive, or, as a male, to impregnate? If you have the Journal add on, you can see the last eight encounters. Alternatively, if you own the physician bag or get scanned by someone with a bag, they can also tell the chance. Journal gives a detailed view, the bag just the highest chance
