Yes, we have the pill for the male! But of course also for the female. On females, the pill works for one cycle. And expires on menstruation. With guys, it lasts 7 RL days.

Condoms come in packs of 9 and can be applied during intercourse, one condom per session. Once the mating has begun, either of the couple can select in their HUD "Use condom" - if they got them beforehand.

While usually the female opens to the male, 'Poly', installed on the female HUD, allows any male to start the mating. But do not fear: a block-list comes with this add on. So the female can keep annoying buggers at bay. 

Poly installed on a male HUD allows the female to make the male ejaculate when she so decides. Also with block list of course, so males can keep the females in check as well!

If you install Lock onto your HUD, you select first a key-holder. The key-holder then can set your fertility and lock those parts of the menu, so you can no longer tinker with your fertility settings nor stop a pregnancy

If your key-holder is no longer accessible every certified Mama Allpa doctor can unlock you again as well.

In a human setting, the pregnancy can be determined at day 25 or later. Before day 25, any encounter could lead to a pregnancy. Which one it will be? You will only know on day 25.

However, if you want to keep track, the journal shows you with who you had intercourse - the last 8 entries. Plus, you can erase entries from the journal if you are not pregnant yet. Mind: the male, who has journal installed on his HUD, can remove himself from your journal too.
