Makes 2-4 Servings
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 Tsp Chia Seeds (Optional)
1 Cup Almond Milk (or Coconut Milk)
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Tsp Almond Extract
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Almonds, Chopped
1 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp Coconut (Optional)
Directions:
Mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds if you are using them. Stir in the almond milk, vanilla, almond extract, and maple syrup. Stir in the chopped almonds, mini chocolate chips, and coconut. Put the mixture into the fridge overnight.
In the morning, give the overnight oats a stir. Add in some more milk if you want, to reach the desired consistency. Sprinkle some more chopped almonds, chocolate chips, and coconut on top if needed.
Keep the leftovers covered in the fridge.
