Makes 35 Pieces
Ingredients:
1 Sleeve Saltine Crackers
1 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Sugar Sprinkles (if desired)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F and spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Place a single layer of saltine crackers all over the baking sheet.
Melt down the margarine and brown sugar until it comes to a boil. You will need to stir it fairly constantly to ensure that the mixture does not separate. Once boiling, let it sit (without stirring) for 3 minutes. Pour the mixture on top of the saltine crackers and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips over top of the toffee crackers and then put it back into the oven for a minute (this will help melt the chocolate chips).
Spread the chocolate all over the crackers and then top with sprinkles if desired.
Let cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
Once the chocolate has set, break the crack into pieces and then place in an airtight container to keep in the fridge.
