Makes 20 Squares
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Margarine
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
40 Large Marshmallows (or 5 Cups of Mini Marshmallows)
6 Cups Rice Krispies
2 Cups Chocolate Chips, Melted
1 Oz White Chocolate, Melted
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large saucepan on low heat, melt together the margarine, peanut butter, and marshmallows. Take the mixture off of the heat once fully melted and stir in the Rice Krispies. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
Spread the melted chocolate chips evenly overtop of the Rice Krispies. With a toothpick, outline the squares that you will be cutting in the chocolate. This will make it easier when you are making the spiderwebs. Once your squares are outlined, put the melted white chocolate in a piping bag or small Ziploc bag and cut off the tip. Pipe a pinwheel spiral shape onto each square. Take a toothpick, and drag the chocolate, starting from the center to the outside of each square to make your cobweb shape. I typically make about 8 lines from the center to edge. Repeat with each square.
Let the Rice Krispies harden for about 2 hours at room temperature or for an hour in the fridge. Cut the treats into the squares that you already outlined.
Store the Rice Krispie squares in an airtight container at room temperature.
Enjoy!
