Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Margarine, Softened
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper, silicone baking mat, or cooking spray and set aside.
Cream the margarine until it is smooth. Mix in the sugar and brown sugar until combined. Stir in the egg and vanilla. Gently mix in the baking soda, salt, flour, and cocoa powder. Fold in the peanut butter chips.
Scoop out the dough by the tablespoon and put on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 8 minutes. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, before letting them cool completely on a wire rack.
Store the cookies in an airtight container. These cookies also freeze really well.
Enjoy!
