All Tax-Aide supported and managed equipment MUST be tracked and accounted for in the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide's central Online Inventory System (OIS). These items include items purchased or provided by the Tax-Aide program: Chromebooks, printers, scanners and shredders. Refer to E01 Tax-Aide Supported Equipment for detailed a list.

The responsibility to manage inventory is assigned to the district technical coordinator (TC) working with the state technical specialist (TCS). District coordinators (DC) are responsible for inventory accuracy for their districts and the state coordinator (SC) is ultimately responsible for the entire state.
