STARTING TO GET READY FOR TY2025?

The Filing Season Readiness Workgroup, a forerunner to a new National Field Service Committee, can help! They are releasing Fast FAQs, a series of frequently asked questions and answers with information volunteers need as they prepare for the tax season. To see Fast FAQs, click here.

The document, accessible through Tax-Aide Links, has sections on recruitment, training, certification, technology, leadership roles and site operations. It's designed to help volunteers find the information they need without having to know which committee created it or whether it's in the portal or on a Google drive. Answers to the FAQs point to existing information and documents.

In addition to using the table of contents to search for a topic, volunteers may also use the document search process by pressing the CTRL and F keys simultaneously then typing a key word in the "find" box that pops up.
