TAX SITE OFFICE SUPPLY STARTER KIT GOOGLE FORM

An email went out yesterday to all local coordinators with a link to the supply kit Google Form. Some LCs reported having to request access to the form once clicking the link. This is not the case for everyone. If you receive the message to request access, follow the prompts and Ola will give you access. If that does not work, please reach out directly to Ola for assistance at ofolarin@aarp.org.

TAX-AIDE VIDEO WINS AWARD

A Tax-Aide video featuring regional coordinator Harv Grassian and taxpayer Elizabeth Seaver won a Bronze Anthem Award in the Human & Civil Rights: Special Projects category.

The winning video has been included in five different articles on aarp.org and has more than 150,000 views across several channels. This is fantastic exposure for our program and an inspiring endorsement for volunteering with AARP Foundation Tax-Aide, and for using our free tax preparation service.

A huge shout-out and thank you to Harv for bringing visibility to this story and to Bob Somerville, from the Foundation marketing team, who wrote the piece that started it all.
