TAX SITE OFFICE SUPPLY STARTER KIT GOOGLE FORM

An email is scheduled to go out to all local coordinators on Tuesday, November 18 with a link to the Google Form that will give LCs the option to opt out from receiving a kit for their site. Those who do not opt-out will be shipped a kit to the LC’s address on file in the Portal unless an alternate address is provided in the Google Form. The kits are scheduled to ship December 15 by USPS and arrive in two packages.


2025 VOLUNTEER FEEDBACK SURVEY

The annual Volunteer Feedback Survey will be distributed digitally on Monday, November 17. Please keep an eye out for an email from AARP Surveys<aarp@email.aarp.org> with the subject line: 2025 Volunteer Feedback Survey.


The purpose of the survey is to gather valuable input from volunteers like you. It helps us better understand your perceptions of your volunteer role, your level of satisfaction, and what you find most rewarding.


This year, the survey will be a shorter version focused on a few key questions. A more comprehensive survey will return in 2026.


Your feedback helps us improve the overall volunteer experience. We’re grateful for your input and look forward to learning how we can make your time with us even more meaningful!
