Luke 6:37
Forgiving Others
37 “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
Jesus is the Master and Savior of Forgiveness...He went around forgiving people, whom He never checked if they had sinned...But He knows we all sin and fall short of the Glory of God...He teaches is in His Prayer, the LORD's Prayer that if we forgive other people when they sin against us, your heavenly Father will also forgive you...But if you do not forgive others of their sins, your Father will not forgive you of your sins...So it is very import to forgive others of their sins against us...When Peter came to Jesus and asked, “LORD, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me?...Up to seven times?”...Jesus answered, “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times...He then is telling us we are to forgive others every time they sin against us...He is telling us to forgive everyone, all the time...
