New arrival

New emigrant in the family of Mr. Rabe.

We are pleased to announce that on July 6, a 10-pound daughter made her appearance at the home of our friend Johannes Rabe. Brother Rabe is the only German photographer in Logan, working in the studio of Mr. Odell and living in Logan only for a short time. The new mistress of the house could not have done anything better than to stop in at the home of this young couple, for her wishes are fully satisfied here. The joy in the parental home over the arrival of the new little earthling knows no bounds, and the happy father did not miss the opportunity to photograph the child and mother a few days after the birth. We add our best wishes for happiness and good luck.

Neuer Emigrant in der Familie des Herrn Rabe.

Es freut uns mittheilen zu können, baß am 6. Juli in dem Hause unseres Freundes Johannes Rabe eine 10pfündige Tochter ihr Erscheinen gemacht hat. Bruder Rabe ist der einzige deutsche Photograph in Logan, in dem Atelier des Herrn Odell thätig und erst für kurze Zeit in Logan wohnhaft. Die neue Herrin des Hauses hat nichts besseres thun können als bei diesen jungen Eheleuten einzukehren, denn ihren Wünschen wird hier voll und ganz entsprochen. Die Freude im elterlichen Hause über die Ankunft bes neuen Erdenbürgers findet keine Grenzen, und hat es sich der glückliche Vater nicht nehmen lassen, das Kind nebst Mutter schon einige Tage nach der Geburt zu photographiren. Wir fügen nachträchlich noch unsere besten Glück und Gegendwünsche bei.
