The Carnegie Library at Richmond, which has been under construction for some time, is now completed and the library committee declared September 1st, 1914 as the opening day. In the meantime the library will be equipped with shelving, furniture and books. The State Library Commission has been appealed to in this task. Last night the library committee met and selected a librarian, who will be required to attend the State University and will take a special course in library work.
