Vulture

Resembling the naked redhead of an adult turkey, this large vulture can be seen

 migrating in groups across desert plains in search of its next meal.  

The turkey vulture has a wingspan averaging six feet with feathers that allows it

 to use thermal air to soar.  

As its name suggests, it feeds on rotting carcasses. It also hunts for live birds and mammals.  

What the turkey vulture can teach you is how to make the most of every situation.  

Do what you need to ground yourself in self-care.  

You need every bit of nourishment ~ both mental and physical ~ to keep yourself going.
