Hyena
There are several fallacies about the hyena. For one, not all of them laugh.
Second, they are neither wild dogs nor scavengers.
In fact, they are in the classification of cat-like carnivores.
Hyenas are social animals that live in clans of up to eighty in a group.
It is the spotted hyena that has the distinctive sound of human laughter when excited;
although they make several other forms of vocal communications.
The hyena can symbolize the need for levity and laughter, even in the direst of circumstances.
Can you find humor in situations that might bring others to tears?
Are you capable of looking at the bright side when such optimism is not obvious?
If so, you will have adapted well. (S. Finelli)
