Tomorrow we need to go to the city hall to register you as a resident in Kagoshima, and to sign you up for national healthcare. 

明日は、住民票を登録するために市役所へ行きます。そして、健康保険の申し込みをします。

Tomorrow please bring your passport, and the residence card you got at the airport. Also prepare a picture or paper with your address on it. 

明日はパスポート、空港で受け取った在留カード、会館の自分の住所が見られる紙か写真（スマホでok)を持ってきてください。

You will need to write your new address tomorrow at the city hall.  

明日、市役所で自分の住所を書くときに必要になります。

Do you have a name stamp? In Japan, instead of signing our names on documents, we use a name stamp. 

印鑑を持っていますか？日本では、書類に自分の名前を書く代わりに、印鑑を使います。

(Yesの場合) Okay please bring that tomorrow as well. 

「はい」の場合　わかりました。それでは明日印鑑を持ってきてください。

(No) okay, no problem. We will make one for you tomorrow when we go to the city hall. 

「いいえ」の場合　大丈夫ですよ。明日市役所に行く時に、印鑑を作成しましょう。

We will take the tram to city hall tomorrow, so make sure to bring money for the ticket. 

明日は、市役所まで電車で行くので、現金も持ってくるのを忘れずに。

A one way trip on the tram costs 170 yen, so a round trip costs 340 yen.

市電は片道170円です。往復340円です。

Tomorrow we will check out the University campus together.
