新しい留学生の学習や生活のサポートを行う個人チューターがいます。チューターが誰なのかを確認し、到着後にいつ・どこで会うのかを連絡しておきましょう。
Personal tutors will be assigned to and support new international students. Please check who your tutor is and contact them regarding when and where you will meet after your arrival.

日本では現金を使う機会が時々あります。また、海外発行のカードが使えない場合もあるので、来日する際には現金を持っておくことをおすすめします。

In Japan, people often use cash. There are some cases in which credit cards issued outside Japan are not available for use. Because of this, bringing cash when you come to Japan is highly recommended.

Slackは、メッセージのやりとりをするアプリです。「国際交流会館」に入居する人は、全員登録が必須になります。入居が近づいてきたら、留学生係から登録の案内が送られてきますので、入国までに必ず登録するようにしましょう！
Slack is a messaging app. All students who will live in Kaikan (International Residence Hall) must sign up for Slack.
You will receive the information about registering for Slack when the date is closer to the move-in day. Please finish the registration before coming to Japan!

学生証を作成する際などには、学生証が必要です。準備しておきましょう。学生証の写真のサイズは縦3cm×横2.4cmです。
You need your ID photo to get your Student ID so please prepare it. The size of the ID photo for your student ID is Height 3cm × Width 4cm.

入国前に、1週間くらいのSIMカードを購入しておくと、鹿児島での生活の準備や手続きがよりスムーズに進むかもしれません。
