　*Privately funded research students and graduate students are not eligible, but may participate.

　*1st-year undergraduate students (regular students) should attend the orientation for each faculty(Gakubu).

🌏Kadai ID, Insurance set up

・Kadai ID set up: for manaba(LMS), eduroam(Wi-fi), Kadai mail(University mail)

・Student card: for announce email from KU

・Insurance: All international students are obligated to pay "Gakkensai" insurance

・Wi-fi set up

We will have a support event for procedures written on the above. We recommend that you come to this event with your personal tutor!

If you can't join the orientation, please complete the procedures with your personal tutor.

    Kadai ID letter(only for the MEXT students, if you have)

　Residence card, passport,Student ID card(if you have) ballpoint pen, 　

　Something with your Japanese address written on it (so you can copy it onto paperwork), 

　Something with your name written in Katakana (if you know how to spell your name in Katakana)
