Bill, here are some observations
1. Lots of people, new and experienced, don’t pay enough attention to backing up their data. Here is what I tell my clients. Back up your data. And do so on a regular basis. Why leave the loss of your valuable data to chance? Whether you back up to your computer using iTunes, or to the cloud using iCloud, remember to back up your data. Data recovery is one of many services that my company offers.

2. Sometimes people squint at their screens without changing them to become easier to read.
Text size.
Adjust the text size for easier reading. Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size and adjust the text size for your optimal viewing.
3. How to create special characters? Thanks, Adobe!
4. Why are some words/phrases/sentences underlined? It simply means that these underlined words/phrases/sentences are “clickable” and once you click on them, you’ll be taken to a specific location or email. Go ahead, click away.
