Block 1

Most people think the teacher has to know the subject to be an asset to the student. Experienced teachers know they can often help students without knowing as much as the student does. This presentation is about teaching when you don't know much about the subject.

Teaching from Ignorance

A older person like me visiting Block 1 wants to tell everyone the usual older-person warnings, such as Be Careful!, Be Bold! (ignore contradiction). Maybe the most valuable thing you can do for yourself is to regularly practice meditation.

Teaching is a good life

Some people think that computer training of hearing, vision, eye-hand coordination and memory is already making a difference with some special education students and many people over 50 or 60. Here is a link to information on this emerging field.
