Perhaps the one thing that stays the same across all three versions, is the hub area, Mos Eisley Cantina. Unlike the GBA Version, the DS Version of the Cantina actually has a bit to do! Although a lot of it is inaccessible from the start. From spawn, to the right side of the Cantina are the Episode areas. Once again split into seperate rooms. Episode IV is unlocked from the get go, while V and VI are unlocked pretty early on.
Continuing around the main area in a clockwise motion, we have the Character Creator. The Character Creator in the DS Version is actually far more stunning than the Console Version, and is the only thing in my opinion that the DS Version does better. There are far more customisation options here. Unfortunately, you need to complete the first level of Episode IV to unlock it.
Continuing around, you can find the Local Wireless, where you can turn on Co-Op to play with someone else who also owns the game.
Continuing onto the left side, there are three doors here, the left door leads to the Minikit area outside, to see all your Minikits. The middle door is currently locked, and requires True Jedi on all 16 Levels to unlock it. The third and final door leads to the Multiplayer Battle segment, which will be detailed in a later section.
Back in the main area, the final location of interest is the main bar, which as usual, holds all your purchasing needs. Hints, of which there are 7. Characters, which unlock gradually as you complete stages. Extras, of which, all are unlocked from the start. And the Cheat Code menu, where you can input cheats to complete your collection if you're lazy.
As for Characters we start with: Leia and the Rebel Trooper, as usual. Also Greedo... for some reason... (This is actually because of the Multiplayer segment, which requires Bounty Hunters to play.)
Unlocked Characters: Leia, Rebel Trooper, Greedo, Bith Band 1 (400), Bith Band 2 (400), Bith Band 3 (400), Bith Band 4 (400)
