Blue Canister 1: Past the first bridge take the path to the right, you'll find the Canister sitting to the right of the object here.
Blue Canister 2: Sitting behind the hologram where Sidious executes Order 66.
Blue Canister 3 (Hover): From where you free the first Wookiee, Hover over to the first platform to the left to find the Canister.
Blue Canister 4: Near the end of the area, head left at the intersection. Grapple up to the platform and the Canister on the right in this corner.
Blue Canister 5: In the water behind the flaming wreck early in the area.
Blue Canister 6: Hiding behind a rock on the far left at the end of the area.
Blue Canister 7: Sitting to the right of the Commander Battle Droid at the back of the area, to the left of the exit.
Blue Canister 8: Sitting behind a bush on the right side of the first clearing.
Blue Canister 9: Sitting on top of a pillar near the Boulder area. You can grab it by dropping onto the pillar from above, or by jumping up to it with a High-Jumper.
Blue Canister 10: Hiding behind a rock after opening the gate, behind the AT-RT.
