Note: This level can only be played in Story Mode, ALL THESE MINI-KITS CAN BE COLLECTED IN STORY. Please note this, I'm only listing them here because of ease of access. I should also note that any Mini-Kits listed under Lap 1 can be collected on any Lap. While the final two Mini-Kits can only be collected on their relevant laps.
Canister 1: After the opening corners and first straightaway, there will be a line of poles leading to a service ramp. Bust past the gate and the canister is sitting at the top.
Canister 2: Located in the cave section, just before the final turn into the checkpoint.
Canister 3: In the canyon with the Tusken Raiders, it is sitting after the second boost panel on the bottom of the canyon.
Canister 4: Just as you leave the canyon there will be boost panels leading into a line of poles. The canister is in this line.
Canister 5: After the last Canister, go to the right side of the boost panels. It is sitting in the small alcove to the right.
Canister 6: After coming out of the alcoves, it is sitting to the right.
Canister 7: Sitting in the second line of poles, before the second set of boost panels.
Canister 8: After the final set of boost panels, in the final line of poles before the finish line.
Canister 9: In-between the two boost panels in the path taken after the first corners on this lap. Can only be gotten this lap.
Canister 10: After taking the path on this lap after the first corners, sitting just to the right as you leave.
