Due to the iOS version of The Complete Saga only being playable in Single Player, the Arcade mode has been reworked to be playable in Single Player only. Alongside this, the Arcade Mode has been given 12 Gold Bricks to collect so it is required for 100% completion!
All 12 Maps from the Console version are accounted for, and each map has 3 Challenges to complete to get the Gold Brick for that map. So, there are 36 Challenges in all in the iOS Arcade Mode.
The Challenges are as follows:
Battle Enemies: Pretty self-explanatory, defeat the required amount of enemies to win the Challenge. Run around and have fun. It's not overly difficult.
Collect Studs: Collect the required amount of studs, pretty much being the iOS Versions Character Bonuses. Enemies are around and it is possible to lose studs, but general Character Bonus strategies apply.
Stud Hunt: Unique to the iOS version, very similar to Collect Studs. In this Challenge, there are no enemies, and instead, you need to collect the required amount of studs. Unlike the Collect Studs Challenge, no breakable objects will give studs, so you need to comb the stage to collect all the studs required for completion.
Requirement: 50
Enemies: Battle Droid, Battle Droid (Commander), Droideka
There are no set spawning locations, so simply run around and defeat enemies. There are a couple of Droideka's around, but otherwise, you have free reign.
Requirement: 500,000
The same strategies for the Episode I Character Bonus apply here, just with half the required amount. Run around, or stay in one spot, continue to destroy things, and use Power-Ups as needed. This first one is not hard at all.
Requirement: 147,000
A nice one to start with. All the studs you need are placed around the area, you don't need to destroy anything besides silver gates blocking access to studs. Explore around, and make sure to check every key area. You only need 147,000, and Power-Ups are hiding in things if you need them.
Requirement: 50
Enemies: Battle Droid
This one is mainly time-consuming. Battle Droids will only spawn on the actual Senate pods, so run around and destroy them as they spawn. Not difficult, but takes a while.
Requirement: 500,000
This one is fun. Each of the Senate Pods contains a few breakables that release studs in a very nice way. This won't take long at all, a couple of Power-Ups from breakables and on the Senate Pods and you'll be golden.
Requirement: 535,000
The Senate Stage is one large circular area that loops back on itself. This Stud Hunt amount seems high but there are more than enough studs to go around here. You don't even need to leave the top level. There are some Power-Ups around if needed, but this one shouldn't be much of a problem, it's just a high amount.
Requirement: 50
Enemies: Battle Droid (Security), Clone
Kamino isn't a large area to start with, there are only a few notable platforms. Battle Droids and Clones for this one. Disarm Troopers will likely be of some help here.
Requirement: 500,000
This one can be tough, enemies can overwhelm you very quickly. The large platforms will likely be where you want to hang around, and a Power-Up will be very useful if you can find one. Keep moving, and defeat enemies as they come.Â
Requirement: 146,000
This one is a bit bugged, it's possible, but can take some practice. 146k isn't that high, and you'll get the bulk of it on the further platforms that you reach by extending the bridges. There are a couple of studs on the platform between the two big platforms, simply hover over to get them. The bridge on the right side of the map requires two targets to be shot, but the one on the left is a bit bugged. You're supposed to use the Force on the console to get the bridge out but it's bugged. You can just make it across by hovering over as Jango of Boba if you jump from the left side and start hovering at the last moment. Otherwise, use your Power-Ups wisely.
