Blue Canister 1: Head right at the start. It's sitting in the corner near the Imperial Panel.
Blue Canister 2: Sitting in the corner, near where one of the carrots is, sitting in the arch.
Blue Canister 3: Prepare the AT-ST and head to where the Imperial Panel would've dropped you off. It's sitting here.
Blue Canister 4: Sitting in the corner, far right of the Cantina Entrance.
Blue Canister 5: Sitting on a table at the back.
Blue Canister 6: Drop down immediately on entry. It's sitting at the back here.
Blue Canister 7: Use the Protocol Panel in the area to open a secret area. It's sitting in an alcove here. Alternately, enter with the Bounty Hunter Panel.
Blue Canister 8: Use the Astromech Panel to enter the theatre. It's sitting in one of the rows of seats.
Blue Canister 9: To the left of the theatre, sitting in plain sight at the back.
Blue Canister 10: Use a Jedi to jump up to the higher level using one of the white objects. Head to the right to find it.
