The Business in Action course and program offered by the UIUC GIES College of Business, Magelli Office of Experiental Learning in collaboration with IiVP is an excellent opportunity for students to engage in practical, real-world projects while collaborating with Austrian clients. By focusing on hands-on international work experience, students can develop crucial skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and intercultural communication. Weekly check-ins with mentors and faculty help ensure that students receive guidance and support throughout the project. This kind of experiential learning not only benefits the students but also provides valuable insights and solutions to companies facing real-life challenges.
